How to Install an Automatic Door

Door Sizing
Measure the opening, purchase necessary hardware including the door operator, track, rollers, and sensors.

Requirement
Ensure availability of 220VAC power supply if Industrial door must needed 380VAC power supply and follow manufacturer's instructions for wiring the door operator.

Frame and Door Installation
Attach frame jamb tubes to the header, mount the door track, and secure the frame to the wall ensuring it is level and plumb. Then, hang the doors according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring smooth sliding and proper alignment with the track.

Sensor and Switch Installation
Install sensors or switches as needed, following manufacturer's instructions and wiring door mode switch.

Final Adjustments and Testing
Perform final adjustments to ensure smooth operation and proper alignment, test sensors or switches, and refer to any local building codes or regulations for tuning. Additionally, ensure all safety features are functioning correctly to guarantee safe operation of the automatic sliding door.
